HumiTrace

HumiTrace is the market-leading system for reliable and precise calibration of virtually any relativity humidity probe. Each HumiTrace humidity calibration standard is supplied with an INAB calibration certificate. This not only ensures that your instrumentation readings are accurate and that your product conforms to the specification, but that it also satisfies the requirements of your QA system and any accreditation you have. The HumiTrace calibration system is very easy to use. A range of adapters is available to fit most relative humidity probes. It takes only seconds to replace the Humitrace cap with the appropriate adapter and the relative humidity probe that is to be calibrated. Once the instrument undergoing calibration has stabilized, the display or output can be compared with the calibrated value of the HumiTrace reference.

MG101 Hygrometer Calibration System

The MG101 hygrometer calibration system is used to generate precise, repeatable levels of water vapor in a carrier gas stream. This primary dew/frost point generation system achieves an accuracy of ±1.8°F (±1°C) within a continuously adjustable range. The MG101 employs the elementary principle of gas dilution. Dry gas is piped into the system, where it is divided into two streams. One stream is saturated with water vapor at a known temperature, while the other stream remains dry (see flow schematic on next page). The two streams are then mixed. The saturated stream is diluted with varying amounts of the dry gas to produce the desired gas/water vapor mixture.
