The Hydrogen Control Cabinet (HCC II) is a generator optimization system designed to monitor and control hydrogen purity in systems with scavenging seal oil environments. When hydrogen purity drops, windage losses and operating costs increase, hurting profitability and creating critical life-safety risks. To prevent this, the HCC II utilizes two independent analyzers to monitor purity from both the turbine-end and collector-end seal drain enlargements. Engineered for hazardous locations, it automatically increases hydrogen gas bleed-off, serves as an easy replacement for legacy cabinets, and features digital displays and alarms compatible with all control systems.
